Hello Week 2022
Miami Springs Senior opened Start with Hello Week with a celebration of clubs. Club Rush which took place on Monday with a “Hay Day” theme and Tuesday with a “Bee Kind” theme introduced our clubs to the newest baby hawks and reminded our upper classmen of the many service, honor, and activity clubs housed within our school. Club Rush kicked off a week long commemoration of friendship and unity. On Wednesday during “Put the ‘I’ in Kind”, students, faculty, and staff took a pledge to uphold kindness and inclusion in our school. On Thursday, students wrote on sticky notes and posted them to our “Hello Day” wall. On Friday during our lunchtime activities, we played games together and celebrated today’s theme, “There’s no ‘I’ in Team”.
