Why is necessary to get enough sleep

Have you ever stayed up late at night then the next day feel like the universe is slowing down well that might be from a lack of sleep? With enough sleep we can become productive and even speak more accurately.  

One of the major advantages we have when we get enough sleep is an improvement of our brain’s performance. How may you ask? Well, when we get enough sleep, our brain can repair itself at night allowing us to interpret presented information  

It does not stop there when we take care of how we sleep and take care of our health since a lack of sleep can contribute to many negative side effects such as high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease just to name a few.  

Now, how can we take care of the lack of sleep? Or fix our sleeping habits to get the full rest we deserve? Maybe there is light shining through that makes you feel uncomfortable, we can try to cover that up to maximize sleep. Or you might need to set a sleep schedule to adjust the time you go to sleep and wake up to get a full night’s rest. It could even be that you went to bed either hungry or too.

Try to take notice of habits that you have and try to tie it to your sleeping habits you might be on the phone by the time you go to sleep, and it distracts you from your rest.
