MSSH pledges to stop the hate
By: Dylan Karlick
On Wednesday, November 10th, MSSH hosted a “No Place for Hate” event during both lunches. The activity promoted homeless awareness and allowed students to pledge their commitment to promote respect, to speak out against prejudice and discrimination, and to combat bias and bullying in our school. Students had an opportunity to create masks for the homeless and to sign the “No Place for Hate” banner. The event presented an opportunity for students, of different grade levels, to have conversations and to interact with one another.
