Behind the Runway: Backstage access to fashion’s biggest shows 

Matt Lever has just made all of our dreams come true, literally like the little girls and boys inside of us are screaming. Not only have we all dreamed of walking down a runway, all eyes on us, walking in some of the most exquisite high-end clothing of the century, now we get to live it (kinda). 

Photographer Matt Lever has been going to fashion shows, and taking pictures “behind the runway” for 17 years, capturing some of the most amazing pictures of all time. 

His book includes pictures of the biggest fashion brands and icons, in the frenzy that is backstage with flying brushes, noisy blow dryers and screeching models all getting ready to walk down the runway. 

Backstage pictures have become more popular over the years, however critics say his pictures go above and beyond the rest. His pictures include fashion brands such as Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton, Hermés, Balmain and Fendi. Also, world-famous models such as Karlie Kloss and Kendall Jenner.
