Ice Skating Rink or Atlanta roadways?

Currently in Atlanta, GA, the roadways have been closed due to critical weather conditions. Roads all throughout the state have been closed for the safety of drivers and all citizens. In Clayton County they got 2-3 inches of snow. It covered the roads, making driving treacherous. The snow started falling heavily and steadily right about the time people were heading home from work on Tuesday. The roads were slick enough to send cars sliding sideways or into ditches. One woman who came from Cobb County was surprised how the conditions dramatically changed by the time she got to Atlanta.
