On March 27, 2016, an innocent Easter egg hunt in Surrey, England quickly became the scene of manhunt for two burglars on the run. While a group of small children were Easter egg hunting, they spotted two suspicious characters making their way into a building.

However, it wasn’t until a police helicopter began hovering around the area that the children saw the men running toward the local forest. Assuming that the chopper was having difficulties locating the men, the kids laid sticks on the ground and created an arrow pointing the way for the police, directing them in the direction of the men.

Thanks to the unexpected efforts of the children, the police were able to find and arrest the two suspects, a 27-year old and a 28-year old man on suspicion of burglary .
