The best ever? Floyd “Money” Mayweather considers himself just that! Floyd Mayweather was a professional boxer who amassed a record of 49-0, tying the undefeated record of boxing legend Rocky Marciano. Throughout his 19-year reign as champion, he’s broken Pay-Per-View records during his fights against Oscar De La Hoya, Saul “Canelo” Alvarez, and Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao.  Records that to this day haven’t been challenged by any other mega fight; these records will stand the test of time. He effectively neutralizes his opponents and makes them look like novices in the sport of boxing. People love talking about him commercially and from a marketing standpoint but, they fail to truly appreciate how great Floyd is. When I see Floyd, I see the best ever. No fighter has ever landed at a higher percentage than Floyd, made his opponents land at the lowest percentage of their career, no other fighter has beaten more world champions, and no other fighter has ever been champion for 18 consecutive years. I know of all these greats such as Alexis Argüello, “Sugar” Ray Leonard, and Roberto Duran. None of these men have accomplished as much as Floyd, Period. T.B.E……
