Why you should exercise regularly?

Exercising is a world-wide shared daily routine. But not many people see the reason to do so. Some people tend to do it daily, and others just never get to doing it. Physical activity can improve brain health, help with weight management, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve the ability to perform daily activities. Doing exercise is also known for improving your mood. Physical activity stimulates different brain chemicals that make you happier, more relaxed and less anxious. You can also feel better about your appearance and yourself by exercising regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. When you do not exercise, your whole environment, the way you live, can be rather difficult than it actually is. Insufficient physical activity can lead to heart disease – even in people without other risk factors. It can also increase the likelihood of developing other risk factors for heart disease, such as obesity, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. A weight loss expert, Dr. Eric Smith says, “Not getting enough physical activity can raise a person’s risk of developing type 2 diabetes.” Charts, found everywhere, show how child obesity has increased through-out the years. Studies have shown how much fast food has adapted into our lives and future for kids. A chart from http://www.cdc.gov,
shows the increase in the BMI graph for teens and children. With fast-foods constantly opening, we can only hope that exercise is being involved and evolving as well.
