One of Tyler’s best-selling albums and his fifth overall is Igor. On May 17, 2019, Columbia Records released the album. Tyler is in love with a man who is dating a woman who is luring him away from Tyler, and this love triangle is the plot of the album. Tyler experiences his typical episodes of denial and acceptance during the album, but he also puts a lot of effort into trying to make his loved one happy, even if it means she will live without him in the future. In the song “RUNNING OUT OF TIME,” he counsels, “Take your mask off.”, stating how a person should show their true colors to others. This album generates a wide range of emotions and ideas. It’s not just special to Tyler; many fans who can relate to the lyrics find it to be so too.
