Cristiano Ronaldo, the forward Real Madrid player from Portuguese scored 500 career goals in 753 games from the club and country. He tied the Real Madrid clubs scoring goal on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, of a score of 20 against Malmo. “I’m so proud and happy,” Cristiano Ronaldo told UEFA.com after reaching 500 career goals and tying Raúl González as Real Madrid’s all-time top scorer at Malmö. Cristiano Ronaldo has played for Madrid since 2009 for a then world record fee of £80 million, he has also netted his 323 goals in just 308 matches. When he played for Manchester United, he scored 118 goals, and five for sporting and 55 for Portugal. Ronaldo has now surpass Raúl and became the top scorer in the history of Real Madrid. “What Ronaldo does you cannot name, it is on another historic level,” Raul told Marca earlier this week. “It is incredible what he has done in only six years, scoring an average of more than 50 goals a season, when it used to be hard for me to reach 20.” It is still early in his career, this reporter can only imagine how many more records he will break.
