The Zeitgeist is the official publication of Miami Springs Senior High School, 751 Dove Avenue, Miami Springs, FL 33166. It was established as an open forum for student expression and is published by the journalism students for the entire student body.
The opinions expressed in this publication are not necessarily those of the faculty and administration but rather those of the author or the newspaper staff and its editors. The Zeitgeist welcomes letters to the editor on topics of interest to MSSH and its surrounding community. Letters must be signed; however, names may be withheld upon request and with the concurrence of the editorial board. Letters may be sent via e-mailed to akarlick@dadeschools.com.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject, edit or shorten letters. We also welcome contributions from writers not associated with the newspaper staff. All freelance material should be submitted via email. All submissions must bear the author’s name.
